Make sure that you didn’t sign out of att.net
Selecting Sign Out will require that you sign back in with your att.net ID and password the next time you want to visit att.net. To ensure this does not happen, do not select Sign Out. Remember to also verify that you selected the Keep me signed in the checkbox on the att.net sign in the page.
Disable any software that clears your cookies

Some browsers have extensions that clear your cookies each time you close your browser. Certain software programs you may have installed will do the same thing. These applications clear the cookies that keep you signed in, requiring you to sign in again whenever you close a browser and open a new one. Common examples include the CookieCuller extension for Firefox and Webroot Window Washer.

In order to use Keep me signed in, you'll need to disable these applications, uninstall them, or modify the advanced settings of these programs to allow cookies from the att.net domain.

To determine if CookieCuller is installed in your Firefox browser, follow these steps:

Select Tools.
Select Add-ons.
Select Extensions to determine if CookieCuller is listed.
If you manually go into the Tools menu of your web browser and clear cookies, you will also remove the cookies that keep you signed into att.net.style="color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-family: font-regular, Omnes-ATT-W02, Arial; font-size: 16px;">If you manually go into the Tools menu of your web browser and clear cookies, you will also remove the cookies that keep you signed into att.net.

Troubleshoot why your computer may be signing you out
If you checked the Keep me signed in box and you have not cleared your browser cookies, try the following:

Make sure that you didn’t sign out of att.net

Check your Prompt for Password setting
If you modified the Prompt for Password setting within Account Information, you may have reset the amount of time before your password expires to be something other than two weeks. To check this setting in your account, follow these steps:
Sign into your account.
From the top of the att.net homepage, under the More tab, select Member Center.
Enter your password and select Continue.
Under Sign-In and Security, select Change sign-in settings.
From the drop-down menu beside Sign me out every, select 2 weeks.
Select Save.
Make sure you’re only signed in on one computer
If you’re signed in on more than one computer, that could be causing the problem. Let’s say, for example, that you sign in at work and select the Keep me signed in check box. Then, you get home and sign into that same account using another computer. You are automatically signed out of the session you started at work.

Check if someone else is signing in with your email account
If you have chosen to share an email account with a family member, both people can't be signed in at the same time. Full Information If you sign in and then your family member signs in using another computer, you are automatically signed off.

Check if multiple users are accessing att.net on your computer
If a member of your household also has an att.net account and signs in on the same computer, it will override your session. The computer will remember the most recent user to sign in to an att.net account.
